A soon-to-be “Happy New Year!” to my Right-Side-Up Stories Friends!Thank you for your support during 2013. It was a different year and I have learned a great deal from being back in the classroom teaching High School Theater Arts!
A burst of writing efforts have seeded in me with my teaching. I have been drawn to the Christmas story during this last year which resulted in a new story—“A Christmas Inconvenience”—which was shared several times during Christmas. The season of Christmas is such a powerful time to tell and hear a story. Over the years, I have made a concerted effort to write a yearly Christmas story. There are seven stories and a play in my treasure trove of efforts.
The play was “The Green Velvet Christmas Dress”, and I have been challenged by a dear friend and fellow actor to write the story of the play. My dream is to make another hand-made, numbered and signed book. I have begun the book and have five chapters!
Perhaps, the spilling out of my story here is for the encouragement of another writer. In this new fresh year, I encourage you to dream about your creativity coming forth or being renewed, once again.

I haven’t done a workshop is a while, so this will be such great fun me and for you! I have decided to allow teens, 16 years and older to join the workshop. I know they will add a great deal to theconversation and community.
